NOTICE OF MEETING OF MEMBERS
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Members of Carrier Sekani Tribal Council (the "Society") will be held at Stellat’en Community Hall, Stellat’en First Nation, British Columbia, Canada at 9:00am on Wednesday July 16, 2008 and Thursday July 17, 2008 for the following reasons:
1. To vote on a special resolution to alter the Constitution of the Society.
2. To vote on a special resolution to alter the existing Bylaws of the Society.
3. To consider such other matters as may properly be brought before the Members or any adjournment thereof.
